1. Overview

At CRAVE BAKE SUPPLY, customer satisfaction is important to us.

Due to the nature of many of the products we sell, including food, consumable, and specialty baking products, our return policy is limited for safety and quality reasons.

2. Non-Returnable Products

For health, safety, and food handling reasons, we generally do not accept returns on:

  • food products
  • edible ingredients
  • chocolate products
  • creams
  • perishable goods
  • opened products
  • used products
  • products damaged after delivery
  • heat-sensitive products affected by weather after shipment

These items are considered final sale unless otherwise required by law.

3. Eligible Refund or Replacement Situations

We may offer a refund, replacement, or store credit if:

  • you received the wrong item
  • the product arrived damaged
  • the shipment was materially incomplete
  • the product was defective upon delivery

Requests are reviewed case by case.

4. Damage Claims

If your order arrives damaged, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please email cravebakesupply@gmail.com and include:

  • full name
  • order number
  • clear description of issue
  • photos of damaged packaging
  • photos of damaged products

Claims submitted outside this timeframe may not be approved.

5. Heat-Sensitive Products

Certain products may be vulnerable to heat exposure during transit, including chocolate and similar goods.

By purchasing these products, you acknowledge that:

  • transit conditions may vary
  • external temperatures are outside our control
  • product texture or appearance may change due to heat

Unless otherwise explicitly stated, CRAVE BAKE SUPPLY is not responsible for melting, softening, cosmetic changes, or heat-related damage after shipment has been transferred to the carrier.

6. Incorrect Orders

If we shipped the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

If approved, we may provide:

  • replacement
  • refund
  • store credit

at our discretion.

7. Order Cancellations

Orders may only be cancelled before shipment.

Once an order has been processed or shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible.

8. Refused / Returned Shipments

If a shipment is returned because:

  • incorrect address
  • refusal by customer
  • failed delivery attempts
  • customer unavailable

we may deduct:

  • original shipping costs
  • return shipping fees
  • handling costs

from any eligible refund.

9. Refund Processing

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Processing times vary depending on your payment provider.

Typical refund timing: 5–10 business days.

10. Chargebacks

If you experience an issue, please contact us before initiating a payment dispute or chargeback.

Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks may be contested.
